Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Cut-off Time:
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day. Delivery will be delayed by one day.

  • Delivery Service OFF:
    No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    Orders will be delivered within 3 days of purchase.
    (We will try our best to deliver the next day, depending on slot availability.)

  • Delivery Hours:
    Deliveries are made between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
    Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time.

  • Freshness Guarantee:
    All fruits are packed and checked on the morning of the delivery day to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Out-of-Stock / Non-Fresh Items:
    If any items are unavailable or not fresh, we will contact you in the morning to arrange a replacement.
    Please make sure you are reachable.

  • Fruit Size Substitution:
    If the ordered size is not available, we may replace it with a different size of the same fruit.
    The total value will remain the same.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Spoiled Fruits:
    Please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order if any fruits are overripe or spoiled.
    Replacements will be arranged in your next delivery.
    ❗ Claims made after 2 days will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Delicate Fruits Notice:
    For fragile fruits like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches, grapes, etc.,
    please report any damage on the same day you receive them.

  • Taste Disclaimer:
    We do not guarantee taste, sweetness, juiciness, or crunchiness, as these qualities may vary naturally.
